retention
kung-fu

Retention kung-fu is a short course in seminal retention, i.e., having orgasm without ejaculating.

When practicing it, men can -just like women- have multiple orgasms without having to rest in between. The orgasms become longer, more intense, and a love making sessions can last longer.

This course will become a part of our 2-year training (year 2: Follow Beauty; year 1 will be our Inner Sky training)

introduction

Intro
00:00 / 03:07

Welcome to this journey to become a whole body, multi-orgastic man. The recordings below give you step by step instructions about skills and techniques to separate orgasm and ejaculation.

Step 1: Teaching the mind to stay: a disciplined mind will allow you to direct sexual energy and intensify pleasure.

Step 2: Practicing your sex muscles and starting your edging practice. Both techniques help separate orgasm and ejaculation.

Step 3: Opening the (energetic) body: by resensitising and relaxing the body, you become more perceptive to navigate your arrousal levels and distribute the orgasmic energy throughout the whole body.

Step 4: Diversify your self-love practice

Step 5: Controlling your sexual energy using the big draw

step 1: train your mind to stay

Visit our meditation page and follow the instructions in the four recordings. You'll learn how to stay present with your breath and the felt sense of your body—skills we’ll later use to direct and intensify sexual energy.

step 2: training your sex muscles and start edging

These instructions teach some exercises to strengthen your pc-muscles and start the practice of "edging". these two practices help separate orgasm and ejaculation.

step 3: opening your body

Instructions to use breath and visualisation to sensitise your body. This recording ends with cyclical breathing, a technique we will use to distribute and control our sexual energy

step 4: self-love meditation

A meditation to help you diversify your self-love practice: touch your body with the same attention and kindness you would offer when touching someone else.

step 5: edging and big draw

Some instructions to move the sexual energy during your edging practice (this practice is based on Mantach Chia's "The multi-orgasmic man")

questions and answers

When practicing edging, the point of no return arrives faster—sometimes in just a few seconds.

  • This could indicate that the Big Draw isn’t fully completed, leaving too much sexual energy in the pelvis. Try engaging the PC muscle more actively to “pump” the energy upwards. After taking a short break, you may feel a reset, making it possible to continue for a minute or more.

  • Additionally, vary your stimulation, alternating between the penis, scrotum, and prostate. Adjust the stimulation to build up maximum pleasure without crossing the edge. Think of it like running: you go faster or slower to stay in the sweet spot just before going anaerobic.

"I feel like I’m exploding with sexual energy. How can I manage this?"

  • Before ejaculation, there’s a noticeable sequence: erection hardening, the testicles drawing up, the entire pelvis “juicing up,” reaching the point of no return, and then BAM!—ejaculation. After practicing non-ejaculation, when you reach this “juicing up” phase, you might experience “blue balls,” discomfort, or feelings of frustration, agitation, or intense arousal. Staying just before this point can leave you energized without physical aches.

  • To help manage this energy, visualize it completing the microcosmic orbit, moving down from the top of your head to settle about three finger-widths below your navel. You can support this process by placing one hand on your throat and the other on your lower belly, or by gathering saliva, sending energy into it, and swallowing it down.

What’s the difference between an ejaculatory and a non-ejaculatory orgasm?

Think of it like this: an ejaculatory orgasm (EO) is like a fizzy, flavorful soda, while a non-ejaculatory orgasm (NEO) is like a deep, refined wine.

  • EO feels like an intense, forward-moving, penetrative release, like an explosion

  • NEO, on the other hand, feels more like surrendering into yourself, falling backwards, like an implosion. It is less wild, active, or hot than EO, more balanced and controlled. The whole body vibrating, expanding, much more relaxed at the time of orgasm

Both involve the build-up of intense pleasure and sexual energy, rising and falling like waves, sometimes but not always building up to a climax or apotheosis.

"When I tense the PC muscle, it increases pleasure rather than pulling back from the edge."

  • Ensure you’re only tensing the PC muscle. This means you’re not pulling up the anus, testicles, or lower belly muscles, nor squeezing the buttocks or using the muscles that enhance blood flow into the penis for a firmer erection. The PC muscle activation should be a subtle movement, similar to stopping the flow of urine.

  • Also, keep the contraction gentle. It doesn't have to be too intense; a light squeeze should actually help reduce arousal and soften the erection slightly.

Seminal retention requires concentration, presence, body awareness, and surrender. Support and deepen your practice by joining our Inner Sky training.

2-year training:

level 1: inner sky

Inner Sky is a transformative six-month meditation training that includes four weekend gatherings. It supports your seminal retention practice through training in concentration and presence, fostering deeper self-awareness leading to surrender. You will work with the energetic body to channel orgasmic energy and engage in relational meditation that teach you to remain fully present during connections with others.

Seminal retention is a practice that supports our intuition "where extremes touch"

where extremes touch

At the frontier of an intense desire, when carried till an excess of fulfillment, it loses its enticing spell, and its emptiness is revealed. On the other hand, pre-emptive moderation can prevent you from digging deep enough to connect to a vital source, or from rising high enough to overlook your life’s maze and gain new insights. Beyond good and evil, we try to capture the vitality of intensity and excess, seizing the productive tension between erupting extremes.
