Inner Sky is a transformative meditation training spanning 6 months with 4 weekend gatherings. At its core, it teaches following beauty as a path to self-insight and self-recognition.

You practice concentration and deepen your self-insight with both silent and guided meditation (on a cushion). Then, you learn how to apply these insights and this quality of presence in daily life through embodied and relational meditation (in movement and connection with others).

 

The result is a calm mind, an awakened body, and a spontaneous, ecstatic journey guided by beauty.

Four weekends (always Friday 8pm till Sunday 5pm), with interim online check-ins, weekly sharing sessions with a buddy, and the option for one-on-one guidance.

Location: 

First 3 weekends: Heerlijckhyt van Elsmeren, Weg op Halen 2, 3450 Geetbets, Belgium

Cost: 

Training: €1600 (€400 per weekend)

Accommodation and meals: we charge the exact costs of the venue and the catering. This means the final cost depends on the number of participants, and whether you choose a single or shared room.

The absolute maximum cost (an overestimation) is €1500 (€375 on average per weekend for a single room), when we have a minimum of 8 participants. Total would then be €3100. You can help us bring this cost down by inviting more people to join. Please call or email us with any further questions.
