Inner Sky is a transformative training with five weekend gatherings. At its heart, it teaches following beauty as a path to self-insight and self-recognition.

 

The training introduces the five pillars of House of the Beloved: meditation, authentic presence, shadow work, touch and embodiment, and existential inquiry.

You’ll cultivate deeper intimacy with yourself through silent, guided, and embodied meditation, and learn to express yourself fully as a way to form genuine connections with others.

 

The outcome is a calm mind, an awakened body, profound self-recognition, and deep connections with others.
