We warmly invite you to join us for a peaceful end to the day, every weekday (except Friday), arriving and having some tea from 9:30 pm. At 10:00 pm, we begin with a brief reflection on the day, followed by a moment of gratitude, a contemplative reading, a song, and a prayer.

We warmly invite you to join us for our morning practice, held every weekday except Monday. Feel free to arrive anytime from 5:50 am. You're welcome to leave after the silent sit, or stay for the rest of our morning practices.

The practice of authentic presence is about freely expressing and revealing yourself while being with others. Through this practice, you learn to let go of habitual patterns and conditioned responses, allowing you to form deeper, more genuine connections rooted in who you truly are.

In our reading group and think tank, we will cultivate ideas for a new school built on values such as inclusion, freedom, expression, equality, care and creativity instead of dominance, coercion, fear and inequality. All this so that all children can choose and express their own way of being human.

A shadow is a part of yourself you’d rather not own or a forgotten dream. The purpose of Shadowwork is to make your shadows conscious. By becoming aware of them, they lose their control over you and can be transformed into a constructive and integrated part of yourself.
