Intro to tantra: expanding the heart, opening the body

In this workshop, we enter the realm of White Tantra together, as a tender and gentle invitation to come home. We guide you softly in attuning to the subtle energy that moves through your body. As sensitivity deepens, we listen to what lives within the Temple of your body: the heart.

This is an invitation to soften and to open, carried by music, gentle touch, movement, and connection. When we feel safe enough to open the heart, we discover an inner anchor we can always return to, wherever we are. From this place, we can easefully enter the flow of the coming days.

You can come alone or with your (occasional) partner. Safety and consent are key to surrendering into your body, so at any time you stay in control of what happens to you.
