• Full payment is required before the start of the training, unless otherwise agreed upon with the trainer.

• Participation can only be cancelled by sending an email to welcome@houseofthebeloved.eu.

​

• If you cancel up to three months before the start of the training, we offer a full refund, minus a €50 administrative fee.

​

• If you cancel between two and three months before the start, you will receive a 50% refund.

​

• If you cancel between one and two months before the start, you will receive a 25% refund.

​

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one month of the start of the training.

​

• Additionally, no refunds are available if a participant is unable to attend one of the weekends.

 

• Participants of the Immersion who contribute monthly, should be aware that they commit to the full five month of the program. This implies that their contribution is expected throughout that time, also when they may decide to end participation early.
