About the event
Ecstatic Bodies is a training in embodied worship and love, combining music, dance, touch, meditation, and authentic presence as a path to self-awareness and self-discovery. Participants learn to attune to themselves and their (occasional) partner, reveal themselves without shame or censoring, cultivate body awareness and energetic discipline, give up their bodies to music and to dance, and deepen self-recognition through insight meditation.
