Authentic presence is a path of radically owned honesty. It creates a safe and supportive environment where you can look at yourself with fresh eyes. At the same time it often is fun, enjoyable, beautiful, and meaningful.
Ultimately, this practice leads to a closer connection with yourself and more meaningful relationships with others.
Depending on the group, the activities include meditations, dialogues, and exercises on sharing and owning your experience. No prerequisites—just come as you are!
