Residency: living like a monk

This residency is an opportunity to immerse yourself in contemporary monastic practices that invite you to fully choose and embody your own way of being human. The usual pressures of time, money, beauty, happiness, health and normalcy are laid aside, so the craziness of your calling to authentic presence can break through.

We will mostly follow the schedule of House of the beloved and together decide how we wish to spend our time. You are invited to follow yourself completely, while at the same time making this possible for everyone else.

As we live together we contribute equally to cooking, shopping and cleaning. We also share the cost of rent and food, and will recommend a suitable donation to our House.
