This podcast is based on the Ideal Parent Figure method (Brown & Elliott, 2016), which uses guided imagery to help participants change their attachment representations.

We’ve developed a new training that supports you with this. It has three pillars. First psycho-education. You learn about human development, about social and emotional skills, and the basics of Tibetan buddhist and tantric shaivist psychology. Second, you learn basic skills to organise your life and your social relations. -changing habits -non-violent communication -ask and give consent -taking ownership over your experience -thinking skills Third, you learn to connect with your body. -healthy diet -fitness and flexibility -energetic body -breathing techniques

Our Services

The Crazy Wisdom meditation immersion is a 6 month deep dive in ideas, behaviours, and meditations that free the world from your projections (also referred to as awakening). Through retreats, bi-weekly online practices and teachings, weekly paired sharing, and individual feedback sessions you'll be initiated into the practice of "being different together". With a small group of dedicated meditators, we will cover the first map (from ordinary awareness to an experience of awakening) and the second map (stabilising awakened awareness) using among others techniques from Mahamudra and Dzogchen.
